Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
To be eligible, an item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned with its included parts and packaging in a condition suitable for inspection. Please review the product description and vehicle fitment information carefully before ordering.
Contact us and receive return instructions before sending an item back. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or refused.
How to request a return
Email info@morepowerusa.com with:
- Your order number
- The product you want to return
- The reason for your request
- Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. Please don’t ship it until you receive those instructions.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, we’ll provide instructions for resolving the issue.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. More Power USA can’t confirm receipt of a return without delivery tracking.
Refunds
After the returned item arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you about the refund decision. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email info@morepowerusa.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and explain the next steps.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email us first. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may ask you to return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible and include your order number. We’ll try to stop it before processing or shipment, but cancellation may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
